2. User Eligibility Requirements

• Our platform is accessible to organizations and individuals seeking employment opportunities without restrictive prerequisites.
• All users must have reached the age of majority (18 years) in their jurisdiction.
• Users must possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

3. User Obligations and Responsibilities

All platform participants must adhere to the following requirements:

• Data Integrity: Users shall provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration and ongoing platform use, including professional credentials, job specifications, and assessment responses.
• Legal Adherence: Users must operate within the boundaries of applicable local, national, and international regulations governing employment practices and data handling.
• Security Maintenance: Account holders bear full responsibility for safeguarding login credentials and monitoring all activities conducted under their accounts. Ratch Meet assumes no liability for consequences arising from inter-user communications or arrangements.

4. Acceptable Use Guidelines

Platform users commit to:

• Operating within the parameters of these terms and all relevant legal frameworks.
• Refraining from utilizing our services for unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized activities.
• Avoiding any conduct that may compromise platform integrity, including unauthorized access attempts, security breaches, or system disruption.

5. Subscription and Financial Terms

Our platform operates on various subscription models with flexible billing cycles.

• Payment Policy: All subscription fees are processed immediately upon commitment and are non-returnable under any circumstances.
• Service Termination: Users may discontinue their subscription at any point; however, service access continues until the current billing period expires without refund eligibility.

6. Data Rights and Information Management

• Ratch Meet maintains ownership of all information generated through our platform, encompassing user profiles, assessment data, recorded interviews, audio files, video content, and transcribed materials. This information is made available to relevant employers for evaluation and hiring decisions following proper user consent protocols.
• Our AI Voice Screening system captures and processes voice recordings, conversation transcripts, vocal pattern analysis, session timing data, and performance evaluations. All information is maintained on secure Google Cloud infrastructure and partner AI processing systems. User participation in screening processes constitutes consent to data collection following proper notification procedures.
• We utilize anonymized, non-identifiable information from voice assessments to refine and enhance our AI capabilities. Personal identification details are completely excluded from any model development activities.

7. Service Limitations and Legal Disclaimers

• System Availability: While we maintain high service standards, we cannot guarantee continuous platform access and disclaim liability for interruptions, technical failures, or AI assessment errors.
• AI Assessment Limitations: Our AI evaluation tools serve as recruitment aids but cannot ensure perfect accuracy. Organizations should supplement AI insights with additional candidate evaluation methods.
• Third-Party Actions: Ratch Meet bears no responsibility for improper conduct, false representations, or fraudulent activities by employers or users once information has been shared according to these terms.
• AI Evaluation Notice: Our AI Voice Screening technology assists in preliminary candidate evaluation but may not capture the full spectrum of human judgment and contextual understanding. Ratch Meet disclaims responsibility for the precision, equity, or completeness of AI-generated assessments.
• Recording Regulations: Users must ensure AI Voice Screening usage complies with applicable consent and recording laws in their operating jurisdictions.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve authority to suspend or permanently terminate user access for:

• Breach of these terms or violation of applicable laws.
• Submission of false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Platform abuse, including hacking attempts, security violations, or system interference.

Following termination, user data handling will follow our discretionary policies within legal requirements and corporate guidelines.

9. Proprietary Rights and Trademarks

Ratch.ai and associated intellectual property belong exclusively to Fabric IoT Pvt Ltd. Platform content, branding elements, and operational features are protected proprietary assets that cannot be reproduced, distributed, or utilized without explicit authorization.

10. Legal Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. All disputes related to Ratch Meet usage shall be resolved exclusively through Indian court systems.

11. Terms Modification Policy

We maintain the right to revise these Terms and Conditions as needed. Updates will be published on our platform, and users are responsible for reviewing changes regularly. Continued platform usage following modifications indicates acceptance of updated terms.

12. User Conduct and Security Measures

• Platform Function: Ratch Meet operates as a technology solution providing AI-driven recruitment capabilities.
• Employment Outcomes: We provide no assurances regarding job availability, opportunity authenticity, or hiring results. Users must independently verify all employment opportunities and recruiter credentials before engagement.
• Forbidden Conduct: Users are absolutely prohibited from using our platform to request payments, collect personal documents, or gather private information from other users under false pretenses.
• Financial Interaction Disclaimer: Ratch Meet accepts no responsibility for monetary exchanges, financial losses, or economic damages resulting from user interactions.
• Security Response: Upon discovering fraudulent or suspicious activities, we reserve the right to immediately suspend accounts and assist law enforcement investigations.

13. AI Voice Assessment System

• System Description: Our AI Voice Assessment enables automated verbal candidate evaluations conducted on behalf of hiring organizations using synthetic voice technology, capturing audio, generating transcripts, analyzing responses, and evaluating vocal characteristics.
• Interaction Authorization: All interactions commence with explicit disclosure regarding AI conduct, recording activities, and recruitment evaluation purposes.
• Information Management: Collected data encompasses audio recordings, conversation transcripts, vocal analysis metrics, session timing, and evaluation reports. Candidates may request data deletion through support@ratch.ai at any time.
• Model Enhancement: Ratch Meet may utilize anonymized, non-identifiable data for system improvement and AI model advancement. Personal identification information is never retained or repurposed for these activities.
• Organizational Control: Hiring organizations define assessment questions. Ratch Meet does not monitor or approve question content and disclaims liability for inappropriate or non-compliant inquiries.
• Usage Responsibility: Organizations bear complete responsibility for AI Voice Assessment implementation and data utilization.
• Regulatory Compliance: Users must ensure usage conforms to applicable voice recording, data protection, and AI utilization laws.
